Judi O'Brien

Judi O'Brien is an experienced educational leader currently serving as the Assistant Head of School for the Educational Program at Fay School since July 2023. Prior to this role, O'Brien was the Middle School Director at Harpeth Hall School from July 2016 to June 2023, and the Dean of Students and Humanities faculty at Berkeley Carroll School from August 2006 to July 2016. O'Brien also held the position of Principal at GO Project between April 2006 and September 2010 and worked as a History Teacher, Coach, and Dorm Parent at Fay School from August 2002 to July 2005. O'Brien holds a Master of Arts in Private School Leadership from the Klingenstein Center at Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Education from the University of New Hampshire.
