Sarah Remsberg

Head of Upper School at Fay School

As Head of Upper School at Fay, Sarah works with the Upper School faculty and coaches to ensure that all facets of the educational program in grades seven through nine balance challenge and vigor with thoughtful support. She also monitors the academic, social, and emotional development of students, oversees the advisory and residential life programs, and maintains student discipline.

Prior to working at Fay, Sarah was the Assistant Head of Middle School at Greens Farms Academy in Connecticut, where she was also a class dean, math teacher, and coach. Sarah has also previously worked at Northfield Mount Hermon School and The Hun School of Princeton as a teacher, coach, and dorm resident. The breadth of Sarah's teaching, coaching, and administrative experience at both day and boarding schools provide her with an excellent foundation to lead the Upper School at Fay.
