Directors

The Directors team at Fay School comprises key leaders responsible for advancing the institution’s mission. This team includes the Director of Advancement, who focuses on fundraising and alumni relations; the Director of Innovation, who spearheads new educational initiatives; the Director of Equity & Inclusion, who ensures a diverse and inclusive environment; and the Director of Marketing & Communications, who manages the school’s public image and outreach efforts. Together, they drive strategic initiatives and foster a supportive, progressive school community.
