Chuck Blum

Chuck Blum has over 30 years of work experience in the financial industry. Chuck started their career at Health Fitness Corporation as a Branch Manager, where they managed a retail consumer finance office and increased branch office receivables. Chuck then worked at Household Finance as a Real Estate Credit Manager, where they managed the real estate underwriting process for all loan products and received recognition for achieving low delinquency rates.

Chuck later joined American Mortgage & Financial Services as a Senior Loan Officer, where they were responsible for selling and closing residential mortgage products. Chuck achieved top producer status in both volume and fees collected. Chuck then moved on to Mercantile Mortgage Company as an Account Executive, where they sold loan products to Mortgage Brokers and Bankers throughout Chicago and achieved top producer status again.

Chuck then joined Fieldstone Mortgage Company as an Account Executive, where they were responsible for selling sub-prime loan products and consistently averaged $4 million per month in loan volume. Chuck received the Rookie of the Year award in 2003 and set a regional record for new business.

Later in their career, Chuck worked at Windy Point Financial, LLC as an Investment Consultant. Chuck was involved in selling turn-key investment opportunities in the Midwest real estate market. Chuck located and assisted in the acquisition of over 40 distressed properties and managed all aspects of the transaction, including purchasing, financing, rehab, and leasing.

Chuck then joined Guaranteed Rate as a Vice President of Mortgage Lending. Chuck held the role for three years and managed various mortgage lending responsibilities.

Currently, Chuck is employed at Fay Servicing, LLC as an Account Manager since 2014.

Chuck Blum earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Business from The Ohio State University in 1987.
