Michael Golaszewski has extensive work experience spanning over 18 years. Michael currently holds the position of Assistant Vice President Consumer Advocacy at Fay Servicing, LLC since October 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Dovenmuehle Mortgage for 8 years as an Assistant Manager, where they managed a team of 23 employees, handled credit corrections and reporting, developed work from home guidelines, and implemented quality assurance audit processes. Before that, Michael worked at Experian as a Membership Analyst and at American Mortgage Consultants as an Underwriter. Michael also gained experience in mortgage funding at Argent Mortgage and worked as an EZ Key Operator at Spherion. Throughout their career, Michael has acquired expertise in credit reporting, FCRA guidelines, data furnishing, and managing department policies and procedures.

Michael Golaszewski obtained a Diploma in Web Development and Business Programming from The Chubb Institute, where they studied from 2000 to 2002. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree from the College of DuPage between 1992 and 1994. In addition, they obtained an FCRA Certification with an emphasis on Data Furnishers from the Consumer Data Industry Association in July 2017.
