Ross Peetoom

Ross Peetoom is currently the VP of Professional Services at Faye Business Systems Group. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Customer Success at Gravity4, and before that they were the Director of Operations at Intelestream, Inc. Ross has over 10 years of experience in technical support and project management. Ross has also been involved in product design and development, and is a trained Intelecrm System Trainer. Ross is an expert in CRM solutions and has a proven track record of success in managing customer and internal support requests.
