Ketan Parekh

Ketan Parekh is the current Chief Financial Officer at Faye Digital. Prior to this, they held the position of CFO at AWHAP Acquisition Corp from July 2020 to March 2021. Ketan was also the Vice President of Finance at Illuminate Education, Inc. from January 2018 to June 2019. From June 2007 to January 2017, they were the Senior Vice President of Finance at United Online, Inc., where they were responsible for budgeting and forecasting for up to $1 billion in annual revenues and $250 million in EBITDA. Ketan also managed the financial reporting for the company, prepared pitch decks and financial projections for potential divestitures, and evaluated potential acquisition targets for strategic fit and financial opportunity.
