Aidan Francis

Aidan Francis has worked for three companies. From 2018 to 2020, they were employed at WHSmith, where they held the roles of Shift Manager and Sales Assistant. From 2020 to 2022, they were employed at PassportCard as a Customer Service Representative and Claims Processor, aiding clients with queries or medical needs and assessing and paying out claims as well as pre-authorising payments with hospitals and other medical providers. Aidan is currently employed at Faye as a Customer Experience Specialist.

Aidan Francis attended Eden College Durban from 2016 to 2017, where they obtained their National Senior Certificate in High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates. Aidan then went on to The App Brewery in 2022, where they completed the Full Stack Developer Course in Web Development in 2023.
