Gal Magid has been in the customer service industry since 2013. Gal started as a Customer Service Representative at DavidShield and then moved to PassportCard in 2015 as a Customer Service - Shift Manager. In 2018, they joined TravelCard Real-Time Travel Insurance as a Customer Service Manager. In 2021, they became the Head Of Customer Experience at Faye and also took on the role of Project Manager at PassportCard Labs.

Gal Magid received a Diploma in Body -oriented holistic psychotherapy from Reidman College between 2012 and 2017.
