Scott Sugar serves as the Director of Physical Education and Athletics at Fayetteville-Manlius School District. Previously held the position of Past President at NYSAAA in March 2018 and served as the Director of Physical Education & Athletics at Oswego City School District from July 2007 to June 2012. Currently pursuing a Doctor of Education (EdD) in Educational Leadership and Administration at Drexel University, Scott Sugar also holds a Master of Education (MEd) in Health Education from the University of Rochester and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.E.) in Physical Education from the State University of New York Cortland.
