Misty Manning

Misty Manning has over a decade of experience in water resources management, currently serving as the Chief Operations Officer at Fayetteville Public Works Commission since July 2010. Manning has held various positions within the organization, including Deputy Water Resources Officer, Water Resources Engineering Manager, and Interim Chief Operations Officer. Prior to this, Manning worked at the North Carolina Department of Transportation from June 2005 to July 2010, where roles included Assistant Resident Engineer and Transportation Engineering Associate. Manning holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University and has completed an Energy Executive Course at the University of Idaho.
