Timothy Bryant

Timothy Bryant, PE, currently serves as the CEO/General Manager of the Fayetteville Public Works Commission since August 2023. Prior to this, Timothy held the position of Director of External Affairs at Florida Power & Light Company from March 2022 to August 2023, and worked at NextEra Florida Renewables in External Affairs and New Development from March 2017 to April 2022. Timothy's experience also includes a role as Plant General Manager at NextEra Energy Resources and Project Engineering Manager at Southern Company. Timothy's early career featured positions as a Sr. Mechanical Engineer at Black & Veatch and Mechanical Engineer at Reliability Inc., following military service as a Platoon Leader in the US Army. Timothy holds a Master of Business Administration from Baker University and two Bachelor of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering from NC State University.
