Alexandra Fochi

Alexandra Fochi is an accomplished culinary arts educator with extensive experience in teaching and restaurant management. Currently serving as a Culinary Arts Instructor at Fayetteville Technical Community College and an Online Adjunct CTE Instructor at the University of Central Florida, Alexandra has previously owned and operated Cooking Together, delivering engaging culinary education across various cuisines. Alexandra's professional background includes roles as a Culinary Specialist at Williams-Sonoma, Chef Instructor at Sur La Table and Le Cordon Bleu, and ownership of Sampas - Brazilian Gourmet Food. With a Master of Arts in Career and Workforce Education from the University of Central Florida and a diverse culinary education, Alexandra combines culinary skills with a passion for teaching and community engagement.
