Carl Miller is an experienced culinary professional with a strong educational background in hospitality and culinary arts. Currently serving as the Department Chair of Culinary Arts at Fayetteville Technical Community College since September 2017, Carl has previously held positions such as Program Coordinator of Culinary Arts at the College of Coastal Georgia and Instructor in Culinary Arts and Hospitality at NMSU - DACC. Prior culinary leadership roles include Chef Instructor at Dorsey Culinary Academy and Executive Chef positions at Sandals Resorts, Sheraton Addis, and Chatanoogan. Carl holds a Master's Degree in Family Consumer Science with a focus on Hospitality, Tourism, and Restaurant Management from New Mexico State University, a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh, and an Associate Degree in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America.
