Lauren B. is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in managing HR functions across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Manager at SYNCREON since May 2022, Lauren leads HR initiatives for two sites, focusing on recruitment, training, policy development, and employee relations.
