Federico Pensa

Federico Pensa has experience working for various companies in different roles. Federico is currently working as the Innovation & Technology Director at Fayolle Canada Inc. since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Magil Construction as the BIM-VDC Director from January 2018, responsible for innovation strategy development, technology resource management, and budget planning. Federico also served as the BIM Manager at Magil Construction from September 2016 to January 2018.

Before joining Magil Construction, Federico was the Quality Manager at Alta-OCI Construction from January 2015 to September 2016. Federico also worked as a Project Manager Assistant at Opron Inc. from April 2013 to January 2015, and at 1Emme S.p.a. from March 2012 to September 2012, where they managed asbestos removal, site organization, contracts, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Federico Pensa's education history includes a Master's Degree in Building Engineering / Architecture from Politecnico di Milano, obtained from 2006 to 2011. During the same period, they also pursued a Master's Degree in Building Engineering from MIP Politecnico di Milano. In addition, Federico participated in an Erasmus Exchange program at Faculté Polytechnique de Mons from 2007 to 2008, where they studied Civil Engineering.

Before their university studies, Federico completed their high school education at Liceo Scientifico from 2001 to 2006.

Federico has also obtained various certifications. Federico became an Engineer certified by Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec in February 2016. Federico is also Procore Certified in multiple areas such as Project Manager (Construction Financials), Project Manager (Project Management), Project Manager (Quality & Safety), and Project Manager (Core Tools) from Procore Technologies. These certifications were obtained in March 2018, and they also achieved Junior Engineer certification from Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec in January 2014.
