Tang Lee

Tang Lee has a diverse work experience starting in 2009 as a Field Technician at Le Groupe Solroc. In 2007, they joined Pöyry as a Structural Coordinator until 2012. From 2014 to 2016, Tang worked as an Assistant Project Manager and Project Coordinator at Magil Construction. Tang then transitioned to the role of BIM VDC Manager from 2017 to 2018, where they implemented PROCORE and other software to optimize workflows. Since 2019, Tang has been serving as an Innovation Manager at Magil Construction, focusing on R&D for new technologies and improving workflow processes through LEAN principles. In 2022, they joined Fayolle Canada Inc. as an Innovation Manager.

Tang Lee completed a Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering from École de technologie supérieure from 2007 to 2013. Prior to that, Tang Lee obtained a DEC in Civil Engineering Technology from Dawson College, which was completed from 2004 to 2007. In terms of additional certifications, Tang Lee became Procore Certified in various roles such as Student, Architect, Engineer, and Project Manager in different areas of construction management from Procore Technologies in February 2019. Tang Lee also obtained certifications in Construction Management: Introduction to Lean Construction from LinkedIn in January 2019, Revit Architecture - de base from Zenit Consultants in June 2017, and LEED Green Associate from Green Business Certification, Inc. in November 2015. There are two certifications listed without specific obtained month and year; Attestation Cours Santé et sécurité générale sur les chantiers de construction from ASP Construction, and Certificate in Bartending Services from École des Maîtres Barman-Barmaid.
