Sukanya Choudhury

Sukanya Choudhury is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Co-Founder at FayrEdge since January 2023, Sukanya previously held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Kyndryl from September 2021 to December 2022. A long tenure at IBM India Private Limited from April 2004 to September 2021 included significant roles such as HR Business Development Leader, focused on HR engagement and transition for M&A deals, and Country Leader for Business and Technical Leadership, where the emphasis was on executive leadership development.
