Rizwan Shahid Siddiqui

Rizwan Shahid Siddiqui currently serves as EVP and Head of HR for Business & Employee Relations at Faysal Bank Limited, a position held since October 2011. In this role, Rizwan leads strategic talent management and organizational development initiatives, aligning them with business objectives to enhance the Bank's success. Previously, Rizwan held various HR leadership roles at Bank Alfalah Limited, including SVP - Head of HR for Retail, Corporate & Treasury, and Senior HR Business Partner. Early career experience includes positions at Prime Bank and other technology and project management firms. Rizwan holds a Master's Degree in Computer Science from NK-FACT and a Bachelor of Commerce from Hailey College of Commerce, University of the Punjab.
