Regina Zanette

Regina Zanette has extensive work experience in the legal field. Regina worked as an Advogada at Szadkoski Advocacia from May 2019 to August 2020, specializing in defending the intellectual property rights of businesses and entrepreneurs. Regina handled tasks such as applying for trademark registrations, drafting oppositions, notifications, appeals, and rights assignment contracts. Prior to that, they served as an Estagiária at the Defensoria Pública do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul from January 2016 to January 2018 and at the Tribunal de Justiça do RS from January 2015 to January 2016. In 2020, they started their own company, Regina Zanette, where they continued practicing as an Advogada. Currently, they hold the position of Head de Compliance at Faz Capital since December 2023. In this role, their responsibilities include ensuring compliance with regulations and relevant policies. Regina had previously worked as an Analista de Compliance at the same company from February 2023 to November 2023. Regina also worked as an Advogada at AMB Family Office from June 2023 to the present. Additionally, they are an active member of the Compliance Women Committee, having joined in September 2023. Regina Zanette earned a Bachelor's degree in Law from Universidade Regional Integrada do Alto Uruguai e das Missões - URI in 2018. Regina later pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration, specializing in Intellectual Property, Law, and Ethics from Universidade Candido Mendes, which they are expected to complete in 2023. Regina also obtained certifications in ESG in the Financial Market from ANBIMA in 2023 and in General Course of Intellectual Property from World Intellectual Property Organization - WIPO in 2020. Additionally, Regina passed the Bar Examination (Exame de Ordem da OAB) administered by OAB/RS in 2018.
