Sarah Showalter is a licensed real estate agent at Fazendin Realtors since July 2013, specializing in facilitating smooth transactions for buyers and sellers, including first-time home purchases, corporate relocations, and investment properties. Prior to their real estate career, Sarah served as a civil litigation attorney at Cousineau McGuire Chartered from 2002 to 2008 and at Jardine Logan & O'Brien from 2000 to 2002. Additionally, Sarah worked as a student attorney and law clerk for the City of St. Paul from 1996 to 2000, where responsibilities included research and advising various city departments. Sarah holds a Juris Doctorate from Mitchell Hamline School of Law (1996-2000) and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Minnesota (1991-1995).
