Michael Walker

Michael Walker, PHR, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Maggie Sottero Designs, leading HR initiatives across three locations in the USA, Canada, and the UK. With extensive experience in strategic HR management, Michael has been instrumental in guiding organizations through challenging times, including the Covid pandemic, while collaborating with senior leadership teams to enhance operational infrastructures. Previous roles include HR Director at Chums, Inc. and Revolutionary Results, LLC, where Michael partnered with executives to secure consulting contracts and drive rapid growth. Michael's foundational experience began at Lithographics, Inc. and as an HR Generalist/Manager at Platinum Companies. Academically, Michael holds both an MBA and a BBA in Human Resources Management from Middle Tennessee State University.
