Anja Onali

Anja Onali has extensive experience in research, evaluation, and project management within the field of development studies. Currently, Anja serves as a member of the International Working Group on Methods Development and Evaluation in Complex Environments at the Folke Bernadotte Academy, while also holding a researcher position at the University of Helsinki since October 2021. Previous roles include researcher positions at the University of Jyväskylä and University of Helsinki, head of unit at UniPID, and advisory roles at Fingo and Kepa. Anja's academic qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in Development Studies from the University of Jyväskylä, a Master’s Degree in Development Studies from the University of Helsinki, and a Master of Science in Development Economics from Helsingin kauppakorkeakoulu.
