Anna Enarsson

International Election Observer at FBA (Folke Bernadotte Academy)

Anna Enarsson is a seasoned professional in human rights and gender equality, currently serving as a Policy Adviser at Act Svenska kyrkan since December 2019. In parallel, Anna has been an International Election Observer for FBA (Folke Bernadotteakademin) since May 2018. Previously, Anna held various roles at the Swedish Migration Agency, progressing from Asylum Executive Officer to Asylum Desk Officer from June 2012 to November 2019. Additionally, Anna served as Country Director at IM, Individuell Människohjälp, from September 2017 to September 2019 and as a Programme Officer for the Kvinna till Kvinna Foundation from February 2016 to July 2017. Anna holds a Master's Degree in Politics and International Studies from Uppsala University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science with a focus on Peace and Development Studies from Linnaeus University.

FBA (Folke Bernadotte Academy)

The Folke Bernadotte Academy (FBA) is the Swedish government agency for peace, security and development. FBA supports international peace operations and international development cooperation. The agency conducts training, research and method development in order to strengthen peacebuilding and statebuilding in conflict and post-conflict countries. We also recruit civilian personnel and expertise for peace operations and election observation missions led by the EU, UN and OSCE.
