Anna Norberg possesses extensive experience in human resources and communications, currently serving as the Head of Human Resources & Communications at FBA (Folke Bernadotte Academy) since June 2011. In this role, Anna is responsible for strategic HR development, operational HR support, and advising senior management on HR matters. Responsibilities include overseeing workplace environment initiatives, salary negotiations, leadership development, and diversity efforts within the organization, in addition to managing the HR function's budget and policy creation. The Folke Bernadotte Academy (FBA) is the Swedish government agency for peace, security and development. FBA supports international peace operations and international development cooperation. The agency conducts training, research and method development in order to strengthen peacebuilding and statebuilding in conflict and post-conflict countries. We also recruit civilian personnel and expertise for peace operations and election observation missions led by the EU, UN and OSCE.
