Lena Larsson

Lena Larsson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and gender equality roles, currently serving as a Senior Specialist at the Folke Bernadotteakademin since September 2019. Previously, Lena held significant positions including Head of Mission at the International Commission on Missing Persons from September 2017 to February 2019, and Deputy Head of Mission for the EEAS-EUPOL COPPS from July 2015 to July 2017, where strategic management of operations in the West Bank was a key responsibility. Additional experience includes leadership roles such as Director of Education, Training, and Exercises at FBA from June 2004 to July 2015, Head of Office for EU JUSTLEX in Iraqi Kurdistan, and Deputy Head of Field Office for the Sri Lanka Monitoring Mission.
