Rhodri C. Williams is a seasoned legal expert with extensive experience in rule of law initiatives and international legal assistance. Currently serving as a Specialist at the Folke Bernadotte Academy since February 2020, Rhodri C. Williams previously held the position of Senior Legal Expert at the ILAC International Legal Assistance Consortium from 2016 to January 2020 and managed the Rule of Law Program for the MENA region from 2012 to 2016. Prior to these roles, Rhodri C. Williams worked as an Independent Consultant from 2004 to 2012, conducting key assignments for organizations such as the UN High Commissioner for Refugees and the Folke Bernadotte Academy. Earlier in the career, Rhodri C. Williams served as a Legal Advisor for the OSCE Mission to Bosnia and Herzegovina, focusing on property claims for refugees and displaced persons. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from New York University, a Master's degree in Geography from Syracuse University, and a Bachelor's degree in Geography and German from Macalester College.
