Liam Day

Liam Day is an experienced information security and technology professional, currently serving as the Director of Information Security at Farm Bureau Insurance of Michigan since November 2025. Previously, Liam held the position of Assistant Director of Application Platforms at Michigan State University, where leadership was provided to various teams including Identity and Access Management and Database Administrators. Prior roles include Interim Business Relationship Director and Senior Solution Architect at the State of Michigan Department of Technology, Management and Budget, and Oracle Database Administrator at Vertafore. With a strong foundation in database management and IT operations, Liam also has experience as a Database Administrator at Allstate and as the Information Technology Department Director at Universal Brick Systems, Inc. Liam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from Davenport University, earned between 2009 and 2011.
