Prior to this role, Greg worked as Tech Support at Siemens VDO Automotive for nearly four years, where responsibilities included maintaining user satisfaction for 1,200 users, resolving software issues, and overseeing printer maintenance. Greg's earlier experience as a Network Support professional at Continental Corporation solidified a robust foundation in technical support and network management.
