Conan Lee

Conan Lee is a seasoned professional in the mortgage industry with extensive experience in recruiting and marketing product development. Currently serving as the Sr. Recruiting Engagement Manager at FBC Mortgage, LLC since July 2022, Conan is involved with one of the top national mortgage lenders licensed in 48 states. Prior to this role, Conan held multiple positions at Nations Lending, where significant accomplishments included developing a platform generating $1.2 billion in revenue, pioneering a proprietary recruiting platform, and managing various marketing initiatives. Early career experiences include roles as a Pipeline Manager at Movement Mortgage, LLC, and several positions at Nations Lending, including Mortgage Loan Structurer and Processor, showcasing expertise in loan structuring and operations management. Conan holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas.
