James Lagamma

James LaGamma is a seasoned Compliance Manager at FBC Mortgage, LLC, since May 2018, specializing in Fair Lending and Data Integrity. LaGamma supports the design and implementation of compliance programs, overseeing the creation and evaluation of policies and training. Previously, LaGamma served as a Compliance Data Specialist, where responsibilities included preparing HMDA reports and implementing data collection controls. LaGamma also held the role of Internal Audit Project Manager, managing departmental audits and ensuring regulatory compliance.
