Carolyn O'Hara

Carolyn O'Hara has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Carolyn began their career at Aviva Ireland, where they held various sales and management roles from 2001 to 2012. This included positions such as Financial Services Advisor, Branch Sales Manager, and Regional Sales Manager. In 2012, they joined FBD Insurance, initially working as a Branch Manager before progressing to Regional Manager and Head of Sales Munster. Currently, Carolyn is serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at FBD Insurance, a role they have held since October 2018.

Carolyn O'Hara pursued their education by first attending the National College of Ireland in 2019. During that year, they completed a Higher National Diploma in Human Resources Management and Services. Carolyn later moved on to the UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School in 2018, where they embarked on a Masters in Business with a specialization in Leadership and Management Practice. Carolyn successfully completed their master's degree in 2021.
