Jackie mc Mahon

Jackie Mc Mahon has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Jackie'smost recent position was as the Chief Claims Officer at FBD Insurance, where they were responsible for overseeing claims operations. Prior to this, they held the role of Director of Technology Transformation at FBD Insurance. Jackie also founded and served as a Director of No Nonsense Insurance. Earlier in their career, they worked at Hibernian Direct Ltd as a Strategic Development Manager, where they were responsible for developing strategies for the direct insurance market. Jackie also had a role as a Finance Business Partner at Hibernian General Insurance. Before entering the insurance industry, Jackie worked in the Irish Defence Forces in various management positions, including Financial Advisor to the Chief of Staff and Army Officer. Jackie also gained experience in auditing as a Value For Money (VFM) Auditor at the Office of the Comptroller and Auditor General.

Jackie Mc Mahon began their education in 1989 at the Cadet School, Military College, where they pursued a Cadetship and Diploma in Military Science. Jackie completed this program in 1991. Following that, they attended the University of Galway from 1992 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree with a focus on Business/Commerce, General. Jackie continued their education at The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants from 1997 to 1999, where they obtained the Associate Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (ACMA) qualification.
