Jean Sharp is an Independent Non-Executive Director and Audit Committee Chair currently serving on the boards of FBD Insurance and Flood Re. Previously, Jean held the position of Non-Executive Board Member at RAC Pension Scheme Trustees LTD from 2014 to 2022 and served as Chief Taxation Officer at Aviva from 1998 to 2019. Additionally, Jean has been a Non-Executive Board Member of the Personal Assets Trust Public Limited Company since 2016. With a career that includes being a Tax Partner at EY from 1987 to 1998, Jean is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master's in Accounting at University College Dublin, where they attained First Class Honours.
