Justin McHugh is a seasoned digital professional with extensive experience in UX and UI design, currently serving as the Digital Manager and UX Lead at FBD Insurance since April 2012. With a strong background in web design, Justin previously led the UX and UI design efforts at Creativa - Innovative Website Solutions, where a significant contribution included the development of a reusable front-end framework that enhanced project efficiency. Earlier career experiences include freelance web graphic design at Carlow Institute of Technology, specializing in social media and advertising campaigns. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Information Technology Management from the Institute of Technology, Carlow, along with additional qualifications in Advanced Web Design and Web Design certification.
