Joseph Adams has extensive experience in facility management and security, currently serving as the Facility Operations Manager for FBG Facility Services, overseeing maintenance and custodial services for multiple facilities with a focus on Alliant Energy. Prior to this role, Joseph held various positions at UnityPoint Health - St. Luke's, including Maintenance Mechanic, Security Officer, and Field Training Officer, where responsibilities included incident investigation, emergency preparedness, and staff training. Joseph's career began in retail with K's Merchandise and Hy-Vee, contributing to customer service and inventory management. Joseph holds an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts with an emphasis in Criminal Justice from Kirkwood Community College.
