Des Lacy OAM has a vast range of experience in law enforcement, security, and business development. Currently serving as the Business Development Manager at Global Leadership Institute Australia, Des has a background in police leadership and internal investigations. With a strong educational background in management and leadership, Des has also worked in roles such as Chief Operating Officer for FBI National Academy Associates Asia Pacific Chapter and Operations Coordinator for the 2018 Commonwealth Games.
