Thomas Rogers serves as the Chief Growth Officer at FBinsure since September 2001, where responsibilities include driving strategic initiatives for agency expansion, identifying new opportunities, and enhancing service offerings to align with client needs. With a focus on revenue generation and sustainable growth, Thomas develops and executes growth strategies, forges strategic partnerships, and leads a high-performing team. Prior to this, Thomas held the position of Senior Vice President, Sales and Risk Management, delivering innovative risk management solutions. Previous experience includes roles at The Telluride Group as Project Manager and State Street Bank as Implementation Advisor. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Bentley University, obtained in 1998.
