Kyla Heap began their career as a Public Relations Intern at The Zimmerman Agency, where Kyla gained experience in media calls, drafting pitches, and competitive website analysis. Kyla then moved on to become a Marketing Assistant at Adventures in Travel, focusing on email, web, and social media marketing. Kyla eventually transitioned to FBMC Benefits Management, where Kyla held various roles such as Marketing Coordinator and Sales Associate before moving up to Vice President of Marketing and Communications. With a background in International Affairs and Political Science, Kyla brings a diverse skill set to their current position, where Kyla develops marketing strategies, executes campaigns, and manages brand initiatives.
