Patrick Flemming has a diverse work experience in regulatory and legal roles. Patrick has worked as Chief Regulatory Officer at FBMC Benefits Management since December 2016, and prior to that, they served as Assistant General Counsel at the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation from November 2013 to November 2016. Patrick also worked as an Associate at Radey Thomas Yon & Clark, P.A. from August 2012 to August 2013. Patrick started their career as a Legislative Intern at the Florida House of Representatives from August 2011 to April 2012.

Patrick Flemming completed their education in a chronological order. Patrick obtained a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree with Cum Laude honors from the Florida State University College of Law, where they studied from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Finance at the Florida State University - College of Business from 2006 to 2009.
