Robert Pumphrey

Robert Pumphrey has extensive experience in customer service and employee benefits management, currently serving as a Retirement Services Representative at FBMC Benefits Management since November 2013. With a commitment to exceeding client expectations, Robert has been part of the organization for over 37 years. Previous roles include Customer Service Representative positions at Xerox, BendBroadband, TRG Customer Solutions, and Edgewireless, where Robert demonstrated skills in customer loyalty and service excellence. In addition, Robert owned Exclusively Northwest Photography, providing quality fine art images for commercial and consumer markets. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing with a minor in Management from Auburn University, completed from 1974 to 1979.
