Fola O. has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Starting in 2011, they worked at INTERNATIONAL ENERGY INSURANCE BROKERS as a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT GROUP member, focusing on customer service and promoting the company's benefits. In 2013, they joined CardinalStone Partners as an Asset Management Analyst, where they generated new business, conducted research, and analyzed market information. In 2014, they moved to FBNQuest as Head of Equity Sales - Channels Management, where they developed strategies, structured equity products, and conducted analysis. In 2017, they joined FBN Merchant Bank Ltd as a Wealth Management Consultant, responsible for managing investment portfolios and offering advisory services to high net worth clients. They most recently worked at EDC Nigeria as the Head of Equities/Fixed Income Sales Manager.

Fola O. studied at the University of Exeter where they pursued an Msc in Financial Analysis and Fund Management. Prior to that, they attended the University of Lagos and obtained a Bsc degree in Insurance.
