Melanie Trüb

Melanie Trüb is the Leiterin Human Resources Management at FC Luzern since July 2022, bringing extensive experience from Roche where Melanie held various roles including Head of HR Operations, overseeing a team of 10, and managing HR services across multiple regions. Throughout a career that began in 2001 at WAS Ausgleichskasse Luzern, Melanie has led numerous HR initiatives, particularly in recruitment and process improvement, and has actively participated in HR leadership and operational efficiency projects. Education credentials include a Scrum Master Certificate and a CAS in Psychology in HR, alongside qualifications in social insurance and hospitality management.
