Bala T

Bala T is currently serving as the Academics Lead at FC Madras, where they focus on enhancing Math pedagogy. Previously, they held roles as a Teaching Fellow and Program Manager at Teach For India, where they facilitated training sessions and improved the teaching skills of numerous educators. Bala has also worked as a Sr. Academic Excellence Manager at LEAD School, coaching teachers on Math pedagogy, and as a Senior Curriculum Architect, where they significantly reduced errors in Math content. They began their career as an Electrical Engineer at My Home Industries Private Limited, training junior engineers to ensure high productivity. Bala attended VEL TECH HIGH TECH ENGINEERING COLLEGE, where they earned their degree.
