Baptiste Drouet

Baptiste Drouet serves as the Chief Scout at FC Nantes since July 2023, overseeing the professional recruitment division. Previously, Baptiste held the position of Senior Scout at FC Lorient from November 2019 to July 2023, where responsibilities included establishing a recruitment methodology involving report types and database management. Prior to that, Baptiste worked at Global Football Agency from August 2012 to November 2019 as an agent collaborator, focusing on observing professional and youth matches, recruiting players, managing media communications, and developing tools to present players to clubs. Academically, Baptiste earned a Licence in Gestion et création de PMO from Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III) in 2013 and a DUT in Carrières-Juridiques from the same institution between 2010 and 2012.
