Amanda Rampazo has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Amanda started their career in 2016 as a Talent Acquisition and DHO Intern at Novelis. In this role, they participated and supported recruitment and selection processes, as well as training and development projects.

In 2018, Amanda joined LADDER - EDGE GROUP as an Assistant in the Human Resources department. Amanda worked as a DHO Assistant, supporting various HR initiatives until 2020.

From 2020 to 2021, Amanda worked at Central do Frete as an HR Generalist Analyst. Amanda'sresponsibilities included recruitment and selection, onboarding, administration of employee attendance and leaves, endomarketing activities, and the construction of the company's career plan and organizational structure.

In 2021, Amanda joined Icomm Group as an HR Analyst. Amanda acted as an HR Business Partner, providing support and guidance to managers in areas such as talent management, team restructuring, and decision-making. Amanda also led internal and external recruitment processes, conducted interviews and assessments, and worked on initiatives related to engagement and organizational climate.

Currently, Amanda works as an HRBP Human Resources Business Partner at Grupo FCamara, starting in 2022.

Amanda Rampazo completed their education at USCS - Universidade Municipal de São Caetano do Sul from 2014 to 2017, obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Administration with a specialization in Business Administration.

In addition to their formal education, Amanda Rampazo has also obtained several certifications.
