Baptiste Clément has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2021, they joined FCB.ai as an Operations Manager, where they oversee the company's conversational AI ecosystem to enhance customer experiences and drive business growth. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2020, Baptiste worked at Sibylone (ex BI consulting) as a Manager, contributing to the company's success in the field. Baptiste also gained experience as a Financial Consultant at PwC in 2014 and as a Financial and IT Consultant at JOKARY Effective Finance from 2011 to 2014. Before that, they served as a Financial Controller at Bonduelle in 2010. Baptiste's earlier experiences include positions such as an Auditor at DL Software and roles at Val Nantais as a Team Leader and Assistant Project Manager - IT in 2009.

Baptiste Clément's education history begins in 2006 when they attended the Ecole nationale d'Ingénieurs des Techniques des Industries agricoles et alimentaires. Baptiste completed a HND and Bachelor's degree in Food Industries & Production Management from this institution, which lasted from 2006 to 2008.
