Shelby Millar

Shelby Millar is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as Senior HR Program Manager at FCB Chicago since August 2022, having previously held the role of HR Program Manager. Prior experience includes project management at MedPoint Digital, Inc. from May 2020 to August 2022, and teaching at Chicago Public Schools from August 2019 to February 2020. Shelby started in the hospitality industry as a Shift Manager/Server at Two Rivers Hospitality Group from July 2015 to December 2018, and coordinated a mentoring program at Community Youth Concepts in early 2016. An English Teaching Assistant for the French National Department of Education from September 2014 to May 2015, Shelby holds a B.A. in English Literature from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts in French Language Teacher Education from Iowa State University.
