Tatiana Hawthorne is the Diretora de Marcas e Negócios at FCB/SIX since January 2023. Previously, Tatiana served as the Experience Manager - Research and Metrics at modalmais Home Broker, focusing on customer experience metrics and UX research. Prior to that role, Tatiana held various positions at R/GA from 2013 to 2020, including Client Services Director, where responsibilities included developing operational strategies and overseeing the Client Services team. Tatiana holds an MBA in Communication from ESPM and has completed executive leadership and customer experience programs at ISE Business School and FGV, respectively. Academic credentials also include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Advertising from ESPM.
