Courtney Hart has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as Regional Vice President for the Mid-Atlantic Region at FCCI Insurance Group since April 2016, where responsibilities include developing strategic alignments with trading partners. Previous roles include Senior Regional Vice President at Zurich North America and Branch Vice President at CNA, where Courtney managed significant premium revenues and played key roles in sales direction and profitability. Early career experience includes various positions at CNA and The Hartford Insurance Group, with a solid foundation in commercial sales, underwriting, and distribution management. Courtney Hart holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and Economics from Fort Valley State University and has completed additional management education at Northwestern University.
